The cab franc at Airis'ele was excellent. big, very dry full-bodied wine. It was exactly as louis describe it to us in the beautiful tasting room. We took two bottles home with us

AirisEle has a wonderful Cabernet Franc. It has a bold full-bodied taste. So impressive. I would recommend it to anyone who likes a great glass of wine.

The 2020 Cab Franc from Airis' Ele started with a big nose and a beautiful ruby color. The taste was full and elegant - not too heavy. This wine had a lot of complexity. There was a lingering taste of sweetness and dryness. I loved this wine's unique personality!! It started out slightly dry and evolved into a very dry, flavorful taste.
